This group is for people who wish to improve work and/or personal and family relationships and have had previous experience being part of a group. In forming a group, we aim to form a diverse group.
Tgroup is a powerful transformative learning experience. Carl Rogers called TGroup the most important educational innovation of the 20th century, and it is even more relevant today in its ability to build 21st century leadership skills. TGroup creates space for learning through its unique learning design. With seasoned group facilitators, a circle of 8-15 people practice interpersonal and group skills by sharing with conscious choicefulness moment-to-moment thoughts, feelings and sensations that are arising in interaction with each other, and practice giving and receiving feedback.
The group will take a 2 month break in the summer and restart in September 2021.

What past TGroup participants say
For the rest of my life, when I imagine being in a tough situation, I’ll muster up the Interpersonal Dynamics toolbox and think of you in all the ways that you’ve helped us reach and grow.
Very healing and a great way to practice conversations that I rarely get to have in everyday life. I was able to refine my communication skills in a way that others feel heard and receptive.
When I came to this class I thought I was wired wrong, that I was feeling too much. Seeing you role model leadership for me, I realized I am completely fine. The gift you have given to people of support, understanding and love; now I understand what I can do with my emotional bandwidth.
I feel honored and privileged to be able to learn about feelings and emotional awareness from you. I appreciate your willingness to give so much to the group and your ability to establish safety in the group.
