Welcome to Include! Witnessing painful rifts in our society and organizations, we founded Include to enable people who want to create positive change to mobilize the power of common humanity in order to reweave social fabric and create cultures that are equitable, resilient, and healthy.
We have decades of experience in collaboratively creating transformative leadership development and inclusive culture change projects. We began our partnership in 2005 at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where we have served as Senior Facilitators for the legendary Interpersonal Dynamics course, taught diversity education and emotional intelligence courses, and mentored group facilitators. Since 2006, we led Dreamfish's innovative culture change projects for networks of change agents, such as Organization Development Network and Craigslist Foundation.
We design Include programs from our grounded experience, and thoughtfully staff programs with highly-skilled facilitators, and coaches.
