Dikla provides executive coaching for professionals in the Executive Education and MSx programs at Stanford, Graduate School of Business. In the past decade, she has facilitated hundreds of MBA students in the popular Interpersonal Dynamics course (known as Touchy-Feely”).
Dikla is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a BA in Linguistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MA in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate School. Her MA thesis title is “Increasing women’s sense of self-efficacy by participating in gender-based leadership trainings.”
